Malaysia DEFTECH already showed off New Variant 30mm Denel Gun AV8 after 25mm Sharpshooter Bushmaster AV8 displayed on last year in Army Parade in Port Dickson. New AV8 30mm are different based armor which this AV8 is not been installed with bouyancy characteristic other than AV8 25mm Bushmaster.
In front of AV8 25mm Bushmaster Cannon. The proper bouyancy armor has been installed to give more protection on the crew of AV8 and the soldier embark inside it.

AV8 30mm Denel Cannon. The new latest AV8 variant that has been tested now in Malaysia terrain. Most opinion that I heard is about PARS and Deftech remove propeller rather than other AV8 25mm.
Rear Armor of AV8 30mm Denel Cannon not equipped with bouyancy characteristic. My opinion is maybe because Deftech want to minimise the weight of this AV8 right?
So is true, no propeller installed in the back of AV8 30mm Denel Cannon and it can't swim on any shallow river like what AV8 25mm Bushmaster can do
