Selamat Hari Raya Aidilahda for all my muslim brotherhood in Malaysia and worldwide also. Today is my time to updated my model kit from Hobbyboss and build up from my best modeler Mr Razman. USMC F/A 18D HORNET VMFA (AW) 225 SQD is fighter attack squadron. The squadron, known as the "Vikings", is based at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California and falls under the command of Marine Aircraft Group 11 (MAG-11) and the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (3d MAW).
After has been reactivated on July 1991, this squadron has been tasked for the first time in USMC Fighter Squadron in Operation Iraqi Freedom 2003. The Vikings along with Marine Aircraft Group 11 in Ahmed Al Jabar Air Base in Kuwait provided Air Support to USMC troops in Iraqi site.VMFA (AW)-225 also deployed in support of OIF in 2007-2008 at Al-Asad Air Base in Iraq during Iraqi Insurgency.
