Syark Defence Forces (SDF) - 1/48 Unimax (Forces of Valor) US Army AH 64 Apache Helicopter Kuwait 1991

1/48 Unimax (Forces of Valor) US Army AH 64 Apache Helicopter Kuwait 1991

The other Helicopter in my collection, The Boeing AH-64 Apache is a four-blade, twin-engine attack helicopter with a tailwheel-type landing gear arrangement, and a tandem cockpit for a two-man crew. The Apache was developed as Model 77 by Hughes Helicopters for the United States Army's Advanced Attack Helicopter program to replace the AH-1 Cobra. First flown on 30 September 1975, the AH-64 features a nose-mounted sensor suite for target acquisition and night vision systems. The Apache is armed with a 30-millimeter (1.2 in) M230 Chain Gun carried between the main landing gear, under the aircraft's forward fuselage. It has four hardpoints mounted on stub-wing pylons, typically carrying a mixture of AGM-114 Hellfire missiles and Hydra 70 rocket pods. The AH-64 features multiple aircraft systems with built-in redundancy to improve survivability in combat; improved crash survivability for the crew has also been prioritized.
The U.S. Army selected the AH-64 over the Bell YAH-63 in 1976, awarding Hughes Helicopters a pre-production contract for two more aircraft. In 1982, the Army approved full production. McDonnell Douglas continued production and development after purchasing Hughes Helicopters from Summa Corporation in 1984. The first production AH-64D Apache Longbow, an upgraded version of the original Apache, was delivered to the Army in March 1997. Production has been continued by Boeing Defense, Space & Security; over one thousand AH-64s have been produced to date.
The U.S. Army is the primary operator of the AH-64; it has also become the primary attack helicopter of multiple nations, including Greece, Japan, Israel, the Netherlands andSingapore; as well as being produced under license in the United Kingdom as the AgustaWestland Apache. U.S. AH-64s have served in conflicts in Panama, the Persian Gulf, Kosovo,Afghanistan, and Iraq. Israel has made active use of the Apache in its military conflicts in Lebanon and the Gaza Strip, while two coalition allies have deployed their AH-64s in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Syark Defence Forces (SDF) - 1/48 Unimax (Forces of Valor) US UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter Kuwait 1991

1/48 Unimax (Forces of Valor) US UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter Kuwait 1991

The first collection of Helicopter in my inventory. This model based on diecast production and no modeler build this model for me. I put this model in my ground forces. The UH-60 Black Hawk is a four-bladed, twin-engine, medium-lift utility helicopter manufactured by Sikorsky Aircraft. Sikorsky submitted the S-70 design for the United States Army's Utility Tactical Transport Aircraft System (UTTAS) competition in 1972. The Army designated the prototype as the YUH-60A and selected the Black Hawk as the winner of the program in 1976, after a fly-off competition with the Boeing Vertol YUH-61.
The UH-60A entered service with the Army in 1979, to replace the Bell UH-1 Iroquois as the Army's tactical transport helicopter. This was followed by the fielding of electronic warfare and special operations variants of the Black Hawk. Improved UH-60L and UH-60M utility variants have also been developed. Modified versions have also been developed for the U.S. Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard. In addition to U.S. Army use, the UH-60 family has been exported to several nations. Black Hawks have served in combat during conflicts in Grenada, Panama, Iraq, Somalia, the Balkans, Afghanistan, and other areas in the Middle East.

Syark Airforces (SAF) - 1/48 Revell German Luftwaffe Eurofighter Typhoon Single Seater

1/48 Revell German Luftwaffe Eurofighter Typhoon Single Seater

The last received Europe MRCA from Majorbee, a lot of Military Personal and civilian like me has many time talked about this MRCA for the Newest TUDM MRCA to replace our TUDM MIG29N that will retired in 2015. The Eurofighter program started in 1984 by 4 European nations – UK, Italy, Spain and Germany – started the long term study of the requirements for an advanced agile fighter to serve well into the 21st century.

The first technology demonstrator flew in 1986 proving the design of the aircraft. Heavily delayed by political rethinking of the program by early 1990`s caused serious delays in production with simplification of the aircraft to reduce cost; as a result the planned production was reduced from 765 to 630 aircraft for the initial 4 nations; 180 for Germany, 232 for the UK, 121 for Italy and 87 for Spain. First flight of the first development aircraft, DA1 was on March 27th 1994 followed later by DA2 in April 1994 the UK. DA3 in Italy was the first to fly with the intended engines, the first 2 flying with RB199 engines originally intended for the Tornado.

The first dual seater was the DA4. Equipped with the latest generation of guided missiles, the Eurofighter has an outstanding arsenal of weapons. Integrated systems, an optimum man/machine interface and the latest production technologies.
Developed by Europe’s leading aerospace companies, Eurofighter Typhoon is now in service with the Air Forces of Germany, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom and will fulfil Air Force requirements well into the 21st Century. Aircraft production is ongoing and with 638 aircraft under contract to the four Partner Nations and Austria, as the first export customer.

Syark Airforces (SAF) - 1/48 Revell Dassault French Air Forces Rafale B

1/48 Revell Dassault French Air Forces Rafale B

New MRCA in my hangar now. Delta wing MRCA from France and built by my old man in Kangar Majorbee. This MRCA has well known as RAFALE and only France used this Fighter so far. The Dassault Rafale is a French twin-engine delta-wing multi-role jet fighter aircraft designed and built by Dassault Aviation. Introduced in 2000, the Rafale is being produced both for land-based use with the French Air Force and for carrier-based operations with the French Navy. It has also been marketed for export to several countries but has not yet received orders.
In the late 1970s, the Air Force and Navy were seeking replacements for its aircraft. To save development costs, France agreed with four other nations to produce an air dominance fighter, but subsequent disagreements led to a split. To satisfy stringent criteria formulated by the Ministry of Defense, Dassault built a technology demonstrator to prove the viability of its new product. Further development led to the current Rafale variants, which embody innovative avionics and aerodynamics, optimised for air supremacy operations. The Rafale B is the various that I have so far and this is the two-seater version for the Armée de l'Air; delivered to ECE 05.330 in 2004.

Syark Airforces (SAF) - 1/48 Italeri SAAB JAS Gripen 39 A

1/48 Italeri Swedish Air Forces SAAB JAS 39 A Gripen

New European MRCA that i has collected from my old man  form Kangar, Perlis. The gripen also come along with 2 Euro MRCA and I will display in next posting. First of all, let we go through what about this Light MRCA form Sweden. The Saab JAS 39 Gripen is a lightweight single-engine multirole fighter manufactured by the Swedish aerospace company Saab. It was designed to replace the Saab 35 Draken and 37 Viggen in the Swedish Air Force (Flygvapnet). The Gripen features delta wings and canards, as well as relaxed stability design and fly-by-wire technology. This Fighter version that first entered service with the Swedish Air Force in 1996. A modification program has started and 31 of these will be upgraded to C/D standard.

In 1979, the Swedish government began development studies for an aircraft capable of fighter, attack and reconnaissance missions to replace the Saab 35 Draken and 37 Viggen. One of Saab's designs was chosen, and was developed into the JAS 39. Comparatively small relative to similar fighters, the Gripen has a top speed of Mach 2. Eight hardpoints allow it to carry various bombs and missiles, supplemented by the 27 mm Mauser BK-27 cannon. Its GE F404-derived Volvo-Flygmotor RM12 produces more than 80 kilonewtons(18,000 lbf) of thrust with afterburner, giving the aircraft a thrust-to-weight ratio of 0.97.

Be set by early problems with its avionics during flight testing, during which a prototype was lost, the aircraft entered service in 1997. Saab has since cooperated with other aerospace companies in marketing the aircraft internationally, and has achieved moderate success in Central Europe, South Africa and Southeast Asia. More than 264 Gripens have been delivered or ordered as of 2011.

Syark Airforces (SAF) -1/48 Kitech AIDC F-CK-1 Ching-kuo

Syark Air forces (SAF) -1/48 Kitech AIDC F-CK-1 Ching-kuo

The one and only Taiwanese Fighter MRCA that I has so far. There are not too special about this fighter but for the people of taiwan, this proud fighter with signage Made in Taiwan. The AIDC F-CK-1 Ching-kuo (經國號戰機), commonly known as the Indigenous Defence Fighter (IDF), is an air superiority jet fighter with multirole capability named after Chiang Ching-kuo, the late President of the Republic of China. The aircraft made its first flight in 1989.
The IDF program was initiated when the United States of America refused to sell F-20 Tigershark and F-16 Fighting Falcon fighters to theRepublic of China (Taiwan) following pressure on the United States from the People's Republic of China (PRC). The Republic of China therefore decided to develop an indigenous fighter. The IDF jet fighter project was designed and built by the Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation (AIDC) based in Taichung, Taiwan, with assistance from American defense corporations.
It entered active service with the Republic of China Air Force in 1994, and 130 production aircraft had been manufactured by 1999.

Syark Navy - 1/350 Dragon Soviet Alfa SSN Class

1/350 Dragon Soviet Alfa SSN Class

The one of various soviet submarine in my bunker. This submarine usually has been used by Soviet Union during the cold war. The Soviet Union/Russian Navy Project 705 (Лира/Lira, "Lyre") was a class of hunter/killer nuclear powered submarines. The class is also known by the NATO reporting name of Alfa. They were the fastest class of military submarines built, with only the prototype K-222 (NATO"Papa" class) exceeding them in submerged speed.

The Lira was a unique design among submarines; it used a powerful lead cooled fast reactor as a power source, which greatly reduced the size of the reactor compared to conventional designs, thus reducing the overall size of the submarine, and allowing for very high speeds. However, it also meant that the reactor had a short lifetime and had to be kept warm when it was not being used. As a result, the Liras were used as interceptors, mostly kept in port ready for a high-speed dash into the North Atlantic.
The first vessel was decommissioned in 1974 and all seven before the end of 1990. The K-123 underwent a refit between 1983 and 1992 and had its reactor compartment replaced with a VM-4 pressurized water reactor. After being used for training it officially was decommissioned July 31, 1996.

Syark Navy Forces - 1/350 Dragon Soviet Nuclear Powered Ballistic Missile Submarine "Typhoon"

1/350 Dragon Soviet Nuclear Powered Ballistic Missile Submarine "Typhoon"

Last 3 years ago during my started model collection, I just focused collect tank and aircraft. Now with the new condition and available budget, I already buy some navy assets to empower my various military to Air, Sea and Land. The first Syark Navy Asset is Soviet Nuclear Submarine as we known as Typhoon. This submarine is huge in my available navy submarine. I'm satisfied with this model. Well good enough for me as beginner Navy Ship Collector right hehehe

The Project 941 or Akula, Russian "Акула" ("Shark") class submarine (NATO reporting name: Typhoon) is a type of nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarine deployed by the Soviet Navy in the 1980s. With a submerged displacement of 48,000 tons, the Typhoons are the largest class of submarine ever built, large enough to accommodate decent living facilities for the crew when submerged for months on end.The source of the NATO reporting name remains unclear, although it is often claimed to be related to the use of the word "Typhoon" ("Тайфун") byLeonid Brezhnev in a 1974 speech while describing a new type of nuclear ballistic missile submarine. Soviet doctrine for these vessels was to have them launch SLBMs while submerged under the arctic ice, avoiding the traversal of the GIUK gap to remain safe from the enemy attack submarines and anti-submarine forces. Technically Typhoons were also able to successfully deploy their long-range nuclear missiles while moored at their docks.

Typhoon submarines are among the quietest Russian sea vessels in operation, being quieter and yet more maneuverable than their predecessors. Besides their missile armament, the Typhoon class features six torpedo tubes; four are designed to handle RPK-2 (SS-N-15) missiles or Type 53 torpedoes, and the other two are designed to launch RPK-7 (SS-N-16) missiles, Type 65 torpedoes, or mines. A Typhoon class submarine can stay submerged for periods up to 120 days in normal conditions, and potentially more if deemed necessary (e.g., in the case of a nuclear war). Their primary weapons system is composed of 20 R-39 (NATO: SS-N-20) ballistic missiles (SLBM) with a maximum of 10 MIRV nuclear warheads each.
